What you can expect for your
In-person appointment
Pre-Appointment
A pre-appointment questionnaire will be emailed to you 24 hours your appointment and is to be filled out and submitted before your appointment.
Your Appointment
Please arrive on-time for your appointment.
Your temperature will be taken upon entry.
Masks are to be worn for the entire duration of your time in the clinic.
Hand sanitizer is available at the front desk and in each room for easy use.
Social distancing is practiced when possible.
Payment
All invoices for services are sent electronically.
Payment is made via a credit card on file.
Post-Appointment
Rebooking can be done in-clinic or online at home.
All tables, chairs and surfaces used during your appointment are sanitized for our next client.

What you can expect for your
virtual appointment
Pre-Appointment
Intake forms and all other relevant documents are sent via email to be filled out and returned prior to appointment.
A link for your virtual appointment will be emailed to you the morning of appointment.
Your Appointment
You can use a computer, tablet or smartphone for your virtual appointment so long as that device has a camera.
Alternatively, phone call appointments are also available.
Testing + suppliments
If required, a test kit will be sent directly to your home.
Your practitioner will discuss with you if any bloodwork is required.
Supplements can be shipped directly to you or ordered through your local dispensary for pick-up.
Post-Appointment
An invoice will be sent to you via email and payment can be made with the credit card on file or via e-transfer.
All notes and information regarding your care can be virtually found via your Patient Portal.
